The online toolkit is designed to assist international development and aid organisations through the strategic considerations related to fair reward. The Project FAIR toolkit has two main sections. First is a self-assessment quiz, which is a series of 11 multiple-choice questions designed to help get you thinking about your current system for rewarding your employees. The second section reviews the strategic considerations you might make in the process of reviewing your existing reward system.
