Effectiveness Toolkit and MOT

Title: NIDOS Effectiveness Toolkit, Effectiveness MOT

Author: Scotland's International Development Alliance (formerly NIDOS)

Date: 2013

Length: 45 pages

Resource type:  PDF, Excel

Summary:

NIDOS' Effectiveness Toolkit and its MOT are now available in an offline format for any member organisation interested in conducting a full self-assessment or a quick self-assessment. The Effectiveness Toolkit enables an organisation to review its work both against a set of principles of good practice in international development and benchmarks of good operational practice. We  recommend that your organisation uses the toolkit as an organisational tool, involving all the key players from different parts of the organisation (e.g. Trustees, staff, volunteers and partners) rather than an individual doing the review.

Please note that the toolkit was developed in 2013. The toolkit is currently under review and a new version will be available in the future.
