Scottish Government International Development team issue two consultancy opportunities

The Scottish Government International Development team has issued an Invitation to Tender for:

1. A Health Specialist to support with the design of our new International Health Development Programme

The Scottish Government on behalf of Scottish Ministers wishes to procure a health specialist to assist with the design and build of a new International Development Health Programme providing support to Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda, and support in tendering out a contract for Service Providers to deliver the new programme in the three partner countries. This programme will focus on reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through expanding equitable access to safe and quality care. This programme will be funded under the Scottish Government’s (SG’s) International Development Fund (IDF).The Scottish Government on behalf of Scottish Ministers wishes to procure a health specialist to assist with the design and build of a new International Development Health Programme providing support to Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda, and support in tendering out a contract for Service Providers to deliver the new programme in the three partner countries.
