Brittany Newfer

My first experience with international development was when I went to Tanzania and participated in research that aimed to assess the agricultural needs of a local rural village. Through focus groups, interviews, and surveys we were able to collaborate with community members to implement a project that would help to address some of their needs. Additionally, I've worked with a variety of refugee organizations in different capacities such as managing projects or running fundraisers. Currently, I am finishing my MSc in Africa and International Development at the University of Edinburgh!
