Outline of Responsibilities: 

Reporting to their Programme Operations Manager, you will thrive in a busy, varied role where no two days are the same. Mary's Meals are currently feeding children in 18 countries and you will work closely with their programmes and key support functions to ensure knowledge sharing and continued progress towards organisational objectives. 

Key activities include: 

  • Working collaboratively with their programmes to develop and implement policies, procedures and tools to support improvement opportunities and programmatic excellence 
  • Data modelling, reporting and analysing data to support innovation and continuous improvement across their feeding programmes
  • Proactively contributing to programmatic planning, risk management and reporting
  • Producing high quality reports for senior leadership, presenting your findings and associated learnings
  • Data analysis on our fleet, warehouse operations and school stock data, to support operational excellence
  • Supporting their procurement function to ensure effective supplier management across the MM family.
