Visions for Change: Spotlight on palm oil - University of Edinburgh

This event run in collaboration with the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Security will be part of the SRS Department’s Visions for Change series, which seeks to examine topical environmental and social issues making the headlines, and considers the changes being made by individuals, organizations and whole countries in order to create a more socially responsible and sustainable global society.

The University of Edinburgh is developing a policy to ensure any palm oil used on campus is responsibly sourced; continuing in a history of leadership in responsible and sustainable procurement at the UoE. Join us to hear more about the issues surrounding palm oil and how policy development can address these.
