This lunchtime digital round table tackled the topic of fair pay and discussed the dual pay systems that some organisations use for international and local staff. Dr Ishbel McWha-Hermann presented the findings of a research study Project FAIR and we heard two case studies from organisations Save the Children and WaterAid.
