Wednesday, 1st December 2021
All members of Scotland’s International Development Alliance are invited to join us online (via Zoom) at 1pm on Wednesday 1st December for our 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM takes place in the middle of our two-day annual conference which you can find out more about here.
This AGM will oversee the election of up to four new Trustees. Please consider standing and/or encouraging others to do so.
For a membership organisation, a board needs to represent the full diversity of our membership but equally needs a range of skills. The Board is looking for experience in Human resources, private sector organisation, policy and digital communications but above all a passion for promoting international development.
A candidate needs to be nominated by two full members but does not themself need to be part of an organisational member.
The AGM also agrees the 2020 AGM official minutes, our annual accounts and membership fees. All papers will be published ahead of the meeting.
Please note that only one representative per member organisation may vote at the AGM. Other representatives are welcome to attend the AGM as observers, but do not have voting rights.
