Duration: the total time commitment will be in the region of 1-day including a prep and post-workshop exercise and peer learning/networking via the online learning platform

Why you should attend:   

Are you about to undertake a partnership review or health check? Are you wondering about how your organisation addresses power, privilege and equity within your partnerships? Are you looking to develop a new principle-based partnership approach?

This interactive workshop series will give you the practical tools and confidence you need to reflect critically on your partnerships. We know that whether you are a small organisation with established and specific partnerships, or a large organisation with a variety of contextually embedded partners, that enables us to respond quickly to changing circumstances. Join us for a set of online workshops to discuss how we can develop and improve our partnerships in light of COVID-19 and the ongoing drive to decolonise development. 

About the trainer  

Ros Tennyson is an independent consultant, and the founder and Strategic Advisor to the Partnership Brokers Association. The Partnership Brokers Association is the international professional body for those managing and developing collaboration processes. The PBA Handbook on Brokering Better Partnerships provides some initial guidance on what this means in practice, alongside the partnership brokering good practice principles
