Software: GoToTraining (all you need is a charged laptop, an internet connection and enthusiasm to join the session)

Who is it for: this training session will be particularly useful for project managers and evaluation officers within member organisations. The toolkit is specifically designed for non-profit organisations but the session’s content will also be applicable to universities and social enterprises.

Learning Objectives:  

  1. Improved understanding of how impact measurement supports sustainability  

  1. Increased understanding of different impact measurement models and approaches  

  1. Awareness of new tools for measuring impact  

Session Outputs

  • Identification of specific actions to support monitoring and evaluation within your organisation, which can be developed into an action plan. 

Why you should attend

This two-hour training session explores the ‘impact measurement’ section of the ‘Lasting Difference’ guide, by creative management consultancy Wren & Greyhound. The guide is specifically designed to help non-profit organisations in Scotland create lasting change and build sustainable organisations. 

The session allows time for peers to share their experiences in a supportive environment.  Attendees will be able to reflect on both the challenges and opportunities of using monitoring and evaluation within organisations. 

Long term change takes time, but you can evidence smaller changes along the way”.
